Stanton Cross is to get a local centre, a “hub”.
It is planned to have a small Co-op (presumably like the one in the Grangeway, Rushden).
The plans also include four other retail units, a nursery, 37 flats and a shared car park.
A number of houses have already been built in the development (which used to be called Wellingborough East, or “Weast”.)
