North Northants Council are running a “Forest School” for kids aged 2 to 4 years. The idea behind it is to help kids develop self-confidence through play in a natural environment. The fun will take place at Fermyn Woods Country Park on Mondays, and at Irchester Country Park on Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm. Full
Every weekend from 15th November, a Winter Wonderland Maze will challenge visitors to “The Workshop” at 44 Park Road, Rushden. From 10am to 4pm, there will be stalls, craft and family fun. Santa will be there from 12noon to 3:50. (£3.50 to see Santa).
Spinneyfields is an NHS rehabilitation based unit in Rushden, which opened in June this year. It is just off Highfield Road, next door to the Pemberton Centre.
