On Thursday 18th February 2026, the Town Mayor of Rushden opened a beautifully refurbished nail bar in the Town’s High Street.
The family-run business, “Nail Plus”, have been at 61 High Street, Rushden, for over ten years. It has been transformed with a modern makeover.
Alongside the refurbishment, Nail Plus has introduced a brand-new Head Spa treatment designed to promote scalp health, relaxation and overall wellbeing. As an introductory offer, Nail Plus is offering 30% off its Head Spa treatment until 16 March.
Nail Plus’s owner, Lanh Thi Vu (Anna), and her son Ben (Gia Bao Truong) presided at the opening. Anna said:
“This business means so much to us as a family. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us for our Grand Opening, and especially honoured that the Mayor supported us on such an important day.”
Cllr. Gill Mercer, standing on a red carpet, cut the ribbon and declared the enhanced facility ‘open’. Cllr. Mercer said:
“It’s lovely to see someone investing in the regeneration of the High Street. This facility has been here for over ten years. Now it looks fit for at least another ten years.”
