Home Instead Honoured

The Financial Times has named a care provider, “Home Instead”, to be their Diversity Leader for 2026. They provide a local service in Wellingborough and Rushden.

A spokesperson for Home Instead noted that among European companies they had jumped to 7th in the Healthcare (Social) sector leaderboard.  By providing personalised, quality, reliable home care by experienced Care Professionals, it allows people to continue to live independently in their own homes.

The CEO of Home Instead, Martin Jones, said, “Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do, and it’s rewarding to know our employees value and experience this in their day-to-day work.”

He pointed out that this was further recognition of the company, after the Financial Times rated them 3rd out of over 500 UK companies, in a survey of Best Employers.
